At YourrDestiny, we strive to provide high-quality numerology reports, consultations, and customized solutions. Because our services are personalized and often delivered in digital format, specific refund and cancellation rules apply. Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of numerology reports and consultations, refunds are limited. A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Non-Delivery: If YourrDestiny fails to deliver the purchased report or service within the committed timeframe and no revised timeline is mutually agreed.
• Incorrect Report Due to System Error: If the report delivered contains errors caused by our internal system, not by incorrect information provided by the user.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• Reports already delivered to your email or dashboard
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the customer
• A change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction based on interpretation style, predictions, or outcomes
• Consultations that were completed as scheduled

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins: You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of purchase, provided we have not started processing your report. After processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

Consultation Booking:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
• No-show or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Modification of Orders

Corrections can be made if:

• You provided incorrect birth data, name spelling, or details
• You notify us within 24 hours of delivery

We will update the report once at no additional charge. Repeated modifications may incur an extra fee.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, cancellation, or correction, contact:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Order number
• Reason for refund or cancellation

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
