These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website located at yourrdestiny.com (the “Site”) and any products, reports, consultations, software, digital downloads, or other services (collectively, “Services”) provided by YourrDestiny. By using the Site or purchasing Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services & Scope

YourrDestiny provides numerology-based analyses, reports and consultations (for example: personal numerology reports, mobile number compatibility, marriage compatibility, name correction and customized numerology solutions). Services are interpretive and advisory in nature and may include recommendations and suggested remedies based on established numerology systems (Chaldean, Pythagorean and practitioner experience).

3. No Professional Guarantees

Numerology is a guidance tool that offers probabilities and insight. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Services are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice). Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.

4. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

• Ordering: To purchase a Service you must provide accurate personal details required for that Service.
• Payment: Payment must be made through the checkout options available on our Site. All fees are stated in the currency indicated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees.
• Delivery: Digital reports are typically delivered by secure PDF download or email. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and start after successful payment.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because most Services are delivered as digital goods or personalized work, refunds are limited. If you believe an error occurred (for example: incorrect report based on information you provided), contact support@yourrdestiny.com within seven (7) days of delivery with details. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a correction, rework or partial/full refund at our discretion. Cancelling a consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may forfeit the booking fee; rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. User Obligations & Representations

• You agree to provide truthful and accurate information and to update that information if it changes.
• You will not use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on our reports and recommendations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL YOURRDESTINY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
